WVRJCFA Policy on Counsel Photographing of Clients
The West
Virginia Regional Jail and Correctional Facility Authority initially
implemented policies on the photographing of inmates that management of
the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Public Defender Corporation determined
could impede the effective representation of clients. After
consultation between the Authority and the Corporation’s management, the
policy was amended to address both the Authority’s and the
Corporation’s concerns.
